1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to courses, mentoring and related services provided by Graced Transcendent Beauty.

By purchasing a course or booking a mentoring service, you agree to the terms that apply to that service.

2. Courses

Our courses are designed for educational and personal development purposes and may include modules, quizzes and a Certificate of Completion.

Course content is not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial or other professional advice.

3. Course Access & Certificate

Course access is provided following successful payment and is for your personal use only.

You must not share your login details or copy, reproduce, distribute or resell course materials.

Where provided, a Certificate of Completion confirms that you have completed the stated course requirements. It is not an accredited or regulated qualification unless specifically stated otherwise.

4. Mentoring

Our mentoring provides personalised guidance, reflection, encouragement and practical support in areas such as confidence, self-care, personal growth, mindset, wellbeing, beauty, self-image and inner transformation.

Mentoring is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment or professional mental-health care.

Mentoring may be delivered by online video call, telephone or email, depending on the option selected.

5. Faith-Based Mentoring

Faith-based mentoring is available for women who would like Christian faith incorporated into their mentoring experience. This may include prayer, biblical principles, spiritual reflection, identity in Christ, purpose and personal growth.

Faith-based mentoring does not replace professional healthcare, therapy, counselling or other specialist services.

6. Mentoring Enquiries & Suitability

Submitting a mentoring enquiry does not automatically create a booking.

Your enquiry will be reviewed and the mentoring option, availability, suitability, payment arrangements and next steps will be discussed before mentoring begins.

We reserve the right to decline a mentoring request where mentoring is not considered appropriate for an individual’s needs.

7. Payments & Prices

Course and mentoring prices will be clearly displayed or communicated before payment.

Payment must be received as agreed before course access or mentoring begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices may change from time to time, but confirmed purchases will not be affected by later price changes.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

For digital courses, cancellation and refund rights may depend on whether access to the digital content has begun.

Where required by UK consumer law, you will retain your statutory rights. If you request immediate access to digital course content and provide the required acknowledgement and consent for the content to begin immediately, you may lose your statutory cancellation right once access begins, where permitted by law.

For mentoring, reasonable notice should be provided if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund. Once personalised mentoring has substantially commenced, refunds may not be available for services already provided.

Any specific cancellation arrangements will be communicated before payment.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Confidentiality

Information shared during mentoring will be treated respectfully and kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a relevant safeguarding or safety concern.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, written content, worksheets, quizzes, graphics, branding and other resources provided by Graced Transcendent Beauty remain the intellectual property of Graced Transcendent Beauty or their respective rights holders.

Materials are provided for personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold or commercially used without prior written permission

11. Personal Responsibility

Our courses and mentoring provide education, guidance and encouragement. Individual experiences and outcomes will vary.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and how you apply information provided through our courses or mentoring.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through course enrolment, mentoring enquiries, purchases and other services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
