Contouring & Highlighting

Understanding where to apply contour and highlighter is essential for creating dimension and definition that flatters your face shape and bone structure.

Contouring Placement (General Guide):
Cheekbones: Just below the cheekbone, starting from the ear toward the corner of the mouth (stop mid-cheek).

Jawline: Along the jaw to define and sculpt.

Forehead/Temples: Along the hairline for balance (especially for wider foreheads).

Nose: Sides of the nose to slim or reshape (optional).

Highlighting Placement:
Top of Cheekbones: For a lifted glow.

Bridge of Nose: To add length or focus.

Cupid’s Bow: To accentuate lips.

Brow Bone & Inner Eye Corners: For a bright, awake look.

Center of Forehead & Chin (optional): For a glowy, balanced finish.

💡 Tip: Less is more — focus on building up softly.
